Sarah and Scott took off on a week long trip to Lake Powell. It sounded like the trip of a life time. Meanwhile, they left their hoodlums under my care. We had a great week. The only scare was Jake choking on an egg. Other than that it was smooth sailing.
Jake started our week off with some American Ninja Warrior.
He set up an obstacle course around the entire house.Cru was so happy to spend the week with his Aunt Laura. (sarcasm)
Jake bruised the growth plate in his wrist. More info back here. He kind of liked all the attention he got with his cool black brace. What 4th grader wouldn't?
I loaded up the kiddo's and we went to watch Logan play flag football.
Cru kept stealing this big football from this little dude. It was hilarious.

Courtney, Jake, Cru, Logan & Lydia.
I made Courtney's hair nice and elegant for her morning at Kindergarten. She looked more appropriate for a day at the office.
Lydia helped herself to Courts wardrobe the second she walked out the door.
We enjoyed watching Court do her thing at gymnastics.
The girls had some fun dressing up.
It was all giggles and smiles until Lydia go stepped on by some high heels. Ouch!
We watched some cute girls train on their horses one evening across the road from football practice.
I loved taking care of these kids...and living out in the country.
We headed to Bear Lake for the weekend. More on that soon.
