Selman Reunion

I love the drive to Canada. I love long open roads, listening to music, taking naps, spending time with family and the familiarity of it. We've been making this trek from Utah to Canada about every year since I was 12 years old.

It had been two years since we have been on a road trip anywhere longer than 45 miles.

These are our car toys.....in every major city the kids got to open a bag that had a small treat, toy or activity in it. It cost me about 12 dollars to put all together and it was worth every penny.

Mav was great little traveler! I love this kid!

We made it just in time for dinner with the Selmans at Payne Lake Lodge.

It was a beautiful place with a lovely view!!!

My Aunts had a few boxes of old photos and we had fun looking through all of them. Many of which I had never seen before now.

Grandma, Grandpa and baby Nathan Smith.

Mom is the little girl in the red dress.

Goody Family Reunion {Twenty 10}

Another Goodrich reunion took place with LOTS of success! Chele and Dean planned so many fun activities and the only thing that could have made it better was if Paul & Tyson were able to attend. We sure missed them!

We did it all....camped, treasure hunts, motor cycles, minute to win it games, 'fishing', water slides, outdoor movie, playground, singing, quilting, water balloons, cards, pinata's, family home evening, birthday celebrations and SO much AMAZING food! It is impossible to go hungry when you are around the Goodrich's. Oh yes and I can't forget to mention all the fun had by Dean's awesome leaf blower. You'll see those pics. I was rolling with laughter!!! :) :) :)

Lydia was in heaven with 19 cousins. I loved seeing her so happy as she enjoyed endless activities each day, wide open spaces to roam and so many people who loved her!

PS. I seriously have the coolest nieces and nephew's....I love spending time with them. I must be getting old, I was exhausted after attempting to keep up with all of them and their endless supply of energy. :)
