Underwater World & Sea Glass

Not too far from our home is a place called Underwater World. It is a tourist attraction. It is small but full of lots of cool sea creatures. Our favorite things we saw were sea turtles, sharks, sea horses and the jelly fish. I love jelly fish. I could have watched them all day.

Tyson and Lydia filled out a test and learned all sorts of new information as they wandered about the aquariums.

On Mothers Day evening we drove to a favorite beach, Old Wives. We like this beach for exploring and finding treasures.
I love the patterns the hermit crabs leave behind in the sand. This beach is full of crabs, big and small.
We came here on this particular day to find Sea Glass.

Sea Glass is broken pieces of glass that have been churned up in the ocean and made smooth and beautiful. They come in all sorts of colors. Our favorites are the blue and green. The most common is clear. They are all so unique.

I collected enough to fill have a medium sized mason jar.
I love the reflection of the puffy clouds in the ocean.
