Birthday Boy

10 reasons why I love this man:
1. He has goodness down to his core
2. He's competitive in all things
3. He never speaks unkindly of anyone
4. He's always up for an adventure but also loves to be home
5. He rocks at pretty much every sport he plays
6. He never wants to spend money on himself
7. He knows the lyrics to most songs
8. He's the instigator of some fun dance parties in our living room
9. He can clean like nobody's business
10. He loves the Lord and his family and always puts us first.
Happy Birthday, babe!

Tyson had his birthday off work for Martin Luther King day. Score!
It was a great day. It included buying some Scuba Dive approved snorkeling gear.
Then we stopped for some lunch at a Japanese Restaurant that serves Ramen and Sushi. Mmm!
We hit the beach and went snorkeling and then came back to a house full of friends.

Brent Collins made Tyson a birthday cake. Isn't is just fabulous!

We ate cake and then had some time to play games before the kids had to go to bed. (school night).

Jaycee, Paij, Kinsey, Brent, Ben, Mandi, Lydia and Morgan.

ALL of these friends are sadly all leaving in March. Collins are going to San Diego and Sandels are headed to Washington State. We knew this when we met them back in October but March seemed far away and now its here. I'm bummed that they are heading out but I guess this is my new life.

Ben loves Lydia like an Uncle would. Paij has been the friend I prayed I would find here and even though it was only for a few months I love her like crazy and will miss her tons. Brent works at the hospital with Tyson and these little girls just clicked with Lydia on day 1.

Happy Birthday, babe!

PS. I did make him a banana cream pie with no banana's. His favorite! He just ate it the next day since none of friends like pie. Whaaat? Its sad and true. But we still love em. More pie for us. ;)
