I love, love, love attending weddings.
I love dressing up. I love being around people I love. I love being in the House of the Lord. I love taking pictures. I love the fancy environment. I love the traditions. I love how happy everyone is. I love the flowers, the yummy good.... I love seeing somebody's hard work & planning unfold into a beautiful event. They just seem to be magical days and I love em! Noell (My sister-in-law pulled this off with so much class. Everything was just beautiful.)
The newly married couple!
My little nieces and I loved these flowers outside the temple because they are so many bright colors.
These beautiful teenage girls looked darling!
We went to Scheels for some ice cream and then to Ikea for furniture on the way to the reception.
Noell and Wayne built this Lemonade Stand. WOW!
I let Lydia use my retired camera and she had fun photographing everything in sight.
The setting of the reception had an amazing view. It was another perfect Utah summer night.
Brooke and Spencer missed all the action while they were smooching. ;)
We passed the Payson Temple (being built) on our way home. It was majestic and beautiful in the evening light. Then as we drove down the freeway on the way home we also passed the Provo Temple, Mount Timpanogos Temple, Oquirrh Mountain temple (where they were married), Draper Temple, Jordan River Temple, Salt Lake Temple & then the Bountiful Temple was in view as we reached our destination.
They were all lit up from a distance but easy to spot in the dark night. I am grateful for Temples that dot the earth and that we can be sealed to our families inside of their holy walls. I wouldn't want to be married any other way and I'm so happy for Kaneesha & Riley.
