A little bit of this and a little bit of that.

I gave up trying to store anything of importance in our entertainment center the day Lydia learned to crawl. This little space is a favorite spot where Lydia likes to play with her dolls.

We don't have a barbie house, so I thought I'd work my mod podge magic and turn this into a pretty space.

Here is the before:

And the after!

Go Away Big Green Monster has been a favorite book of mine for years
and the kids love it too. We made some puppets with our craft supplies and have been playing monster.

I let the kids do the painting and I did the hot gluing.

Snow finally found us! Just a little bit. It melted by noon day.
I took Lydia out in her pajama's and she turned around and walked right back inside. Brrr!

She still adores her primary experience and teachers. She drew a picture of Sister Henderson during our FHE game of pictionary.

I caught her singing instead of cleaning. Yep, that sounds like my daughter. Her room goes from spotless to disaster just about every day that friends come over to be tended. But we don't mind. We just put on some tunes and get tidying.

Last week Lydia attended her buddies Malachi's birthday party. I asked her to draw a card her him. She spent so much time on it and it is her best work to date. I knew we couldn't keep it, so I snapped a quick photo before I dropped her off.

I asked her why Daddy wasn't in the picture, and it is because he wasn't coming to the party. She's a thinker.

Lydia took a big tumble and skinned both of her knee's up pretty big. Daddy doctored her up really good. It was sweet to watch. Man does she have a good Dad!
*She is so in love with that headband she wore it over top of her hat during our walk. Silly billy.

We went on a family date to an OU gymnastics meet last weekend. They are so entertaining, we've been a few times before. These girls are AMAZING!!!! They are ranked number 2 in the Nation. They are fun and bubbly to watch, down there high five-ing each other every 2 seconds, ...wearing those awesome space pants. Where could I get a pair of those? Ha ha. My friend Hilary hooked us up with some cheap tickets. Thanks girl!

After Tyson took Lydia up to get a drink she came back with a sheet of stickers and they ended up on her face. Ha ha.

She woke up on this day and dressed in ALL Pink! I teased that she was Pinkalicious, one of her favorite book characters. She liked that idea. I asked her if she wanted me turn her ALL the way PINK. She agreed to her hair but not the rest of her.

I'm jealous of all the fun things you do. You're so creative. We so want to go to a gymnastics match, hopefully we will get to one before the season ends.
