We wanted to show Tyson some love! On Feb 2nd I had Lydia come up with each and every one of these reasons why she loves her Daddy. It took a lot of asking and lots of thought on her part, but she did it. I drew pictures on them too, so she would know what she said.
She loves him because he shares his chocolate milk, sings her, "Oh Da Summer", he's handsome, he watches spoits with her, he works at "Da eyes" and cause he takes her for walks. Awwww!
My favorite was:
"I love Daddy because he loves Mommy"
Then she just starting listing off things in the room, "I love Daddy because he loves ....pick up sticks, Caden, pillows, windows....ha ha. Silly girl! That activity quickly came to a close.
On Feb 3rd we made some HUGS & KISSES cookies!

Loft House Cookie Recipe:
1 Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend cake mix, eggs, and oil until moistened. Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookies sheet. Flatten with a glass. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. While the cookies are still a little warm decorate with pink cream cheese frosting & sprinkles. Allow the frosting to set up before storing.
Feb 4th I put Caden to work cleaning milk jugs for another project coming soon.
We've started planning Lydia's Valentines for her friends and cousins too...more on all that later. This month has gotten off to a fun start!
