I am determined to come up with a Family tradition for Labor day. In the mean time, well, we split up this year....Tyson went golfing with the guys and us girls went to the Dinosaur museum.

We met the guys at Sonic for a slushy after their game.

I did make a dinner and we drove to a park to eat it outside, played hide & go seek & some soccer.

Marie & Antoine sent us the BEST package....full of tons of stuff....all the way from FRANCE!!! Pens, car paint, postcards, LOTS OF FOOD, pop...and this hand quilted/sewn mini purse for Lydia. Now we both have one. (Check out mine here!) What a treasure. We are still eating yummy French chocolate treats around here. Mmmmm!

Elder Ortiz (right) served in our ward for 6 months. This was his last companion Elder Loosle (Kaysville). He was a good missionary and ended up being a good friend to our family too. Lydia ADORES him!!! We wish him well in his last area of his mission and are glad we go to know him!

Lydia attended Nathan & Guy's 2 year old birthday party. She has quite the group of younger boy friends here and they are always lots of fun to watch interact together.

Not sure what she is scared of in this photo. They didn't have fireworks at the party. :)

We have done a little swimming in September too. Ok, I'll re-phrase that, Lydia and Tyson have. Just the other day we hit 93 so I figured why not. They swam after dinner and it wore her right out for bedtime. Niiice!
