Day 2 – A photo of something you ate today.


This is my favorite thing to have for breakfast. I make them often.

I blend up frozen fruit, frozen yogurt chips, a handful of spinach, a few almonds, 1 Tbsp of flax seed and 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk.

It makes 2 full glasses ...so I alway share with Tyce & Lydia. They like them too!

Hmmm, that sounds interesting and healthy. I might have to try it sometime.
