Best life experiences during age 5:
Trip to Arizona, the Grand Canyon & Canada
Touring the inside of the Ogden Temple
Going to Lagoon & Cherry Hill for the first time
Playing the roll of Gretl in the Sound of Music
Starting Kindergarten

Worst life experiences during age 5:
Having to get multiple cavities filled at the Dentist (It was pretty traumatizing.)
She now gets very car sick easily and frequently on our road trips. I hope this goes away.
When her Dad was gone to New Port, Rhode Island for over a month

I love this girls heart.
Lydia is kind & thoughtful.
I love this girls mind.
She is always thinking up creative ideas, making plans and asking me questions that I can't answer.
Lydia is brave and willing to try new things all the time.
I am so grateful everyday that the Lord sent her to our family and that I get to help raise her and see her grow and experience the joys and often challenges of this life.

So far the age 6 is treating her well. I have her convinced that her voice sounds more grown up now what she is 6 and she is singing even more than usual around our home and I'm loving every note.

I love this smile too....and her cute giggle.
