For my last activity in Young Women's we headed to City Creek and did another Where's Waldo. The girls were all about doing it again when we had our planning meeting. It was a success.
The whole crew: Youth and volunteers.
Our fabulous volunteers: Randy, Jaylan, Howeys, Isaaih, Sis. Jasperson, Romina, Sis. Hawks, Toronto family, Heather Nelson & Saldivars. The week before Tyson returned from ODS I went with Alysa & Lydia to the Felsted farm. It was a beautiful day. Hilary made us breakfast and then we visited, went for walks, said hello to the cows and visited some more.
On Sunday we all took turns attending the Ogden Temple dedication. My favorite talk from the morning dedication was from Elder Bednar. He made comparisons to the world and the temple.
The night before Lydia, Mom and I attended the Cultural Event broadcast. Logan, Raigan and Morgan all got to be part of it. It was fabulous!!!
Sarah and Scott headed to Lake Powell again this year and Maveric ended up at our house. He is a hoot and he loves to color. More on him later.
My darling cousin Tanisha just finished her mission in Florida. We had a layover in SLC while on her way home to Canada so we headed over to say hello. We sure adore her!
PS. If your husband is out of town and you can't open your Typhoid immunization without his help....grab your pink hammer and smash away. I'm pretty sure it would work every time. :)
