Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

Don't be fooled these look like Reese Peanut Butter Cups but they definitely are not.
They are however healthy, rich and delicious. 
I made them the other day when I was craving something sweet and they did the trick. 


I came across this recipe over here.   


 They require only 5 ingredients, no cooking and are ready to eat in about 30 minutes. 



Recipe: 


1/2 c coconut oil (warm)


 1/2 c cocoa powder


1/2 cup peanut butter


 1/2 tsp vanilla and 


1/4 c raw honey. 



I used the Vitamix to combine. Or a whisk would work too. Then pour into muffin tins (with 


liners). Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Makes 12.
