One of my favorite people of all time is also my Zumba instructor.
She moved to Utah from Oklahoma.
Her name is Heather.
She's amazing!
She has props....and they make me smile.
After a great workout we all went to her house for post workout play date....my friend Stephanee from Oklahoma was in town. They both have 3 daughters and 1 son.
We also went to lunch with the Eastman girls at Cafe Rio's.
I think that totally cancelled out my working out. Dang it.
It was such a fun time though.
We had so much to catch up on....we could have chatted all day long.
My Oklahoma friend bucket is filled for a little while now.
