My crafty friends planned a craft night last week and I really didn’t have any projects going on but I still wanted to go. I gathered up a bunch of random supplies and I made some hair clips for Lydia and a few extra’s to give away.
This one is t-shirt material cut into flowers, folded on top of one another and sewn together. I made purple, pink & white ones as well.
I made this one out of simple ribbon. I gathered it with the sewing machine and then twisted it into a flower. I want to try it with a variety of ribbon and see how well it works.
I used felt strips and a hot glue gun for this one. I had some bling brads lying around too, they were just the right finishing touch.
I bought some water balloons, hand stitched a bunch together and glued them on to a hair clip. I love how colorful and fun they turned out.
What girl wouldn’t want to wear these on her birthday? Or even when it’s not, I know mine would!
