Super Bowl Truffles

I wanted to make something fun to eat at at the Goepfert's house during the super bowl. I found this idea to make little super bowl truffles. I'm not a professional chocolate truffle dipper by any means, I'd never even heard of Almond bark before now. I don't own decorating tips so I did the best I could with toothpicks. Here is what they were supposed to look like...ha ha. Mine did not turn out very pretty, but I'm sure they tasted just as good!

Barry's pizza was even better than last year and the truffle's were a great little dessert. I didn't take any pictures at their house. {gasp}. I know it is true. But we sure had fun.
