One of the things I love most about Christmas like many of you is the music, choral music especially. When I was a child I was in a professional children's choir in Calgary, Alberta and since then I have been singing in choirs every year.
This year our Stake put together a concert filled with amazing music and we were all encouraged to invite our neighbors and friends to attend. I was asked to be in the Stake choir but I couldn't commit to Saturday practices every week since September. Instead the director asked me to arrange a women's group to perform.
It was such an awesome night, I have never heard a better stake church choir in all my life, they had us on our feet cheering- (yes, applauding was allowed.) I was regretting not being in it, but I was glad to be able to sing with these fabulous ladies.
