I thought my city was crazy over football, and it sure is, but just an hour or so NE of us is another super hyped up football town. Stillwater, home of the OSU Cowboys. Our good friends Aubrey & Carlin are both Oklahoma State Graduates and they wanted to take us to their alma mater and let us experience a little bit O Orange. Boy did we ever. It was homecoming week and they have a big tradition since the 1920's and each Fraternity & Sorority put together these AmAZinG murals made out of, get this, TISSUE PAPER!
***My pictures don't do them justice***
They are really quite spectacular. Each member puts in 70 hours of work and with 120 members...that is a LOT of hours. I snapped LOTS of pictures on our "walk around" that is what they call it. Remember, all tissue paper. Crazy!!!
I even busted out my one and only ORANGE shirt to wear. Never seen so much Orange in all my life and I didn't even go to the game. They LOVE their Orange!!!!
We had a great time. We spent the night over in Stillwater at Aubrey's parents home. We definitely always enjoy a night out and our full apologize to Aubrey's mom for our daughters unwillingness to go to sleep.

I'm so glad you guys had a good time. We sure enjoyed showing off our Alma Mater to you and I liked showing off my hometown. Oh, and we were right in it being a "sparse" crowd that night we went. There were 40,000 people who attended this year and 70,000 who attended last year! Crazy, hunh?!
awesome murals, I've never seen anything like that before. Thanks for sharing.
