I kept it simple. (We had the Party before her real birthday due to OU football...I tell ya, it rules this city.) We invited a few families and played at one of our favorite parks, had cake, opened presents & visited until dark. It was lots of fun.
I think that Lydia 'thinks' that Birthday are ALL about blowing out candles and the Oklahoma winds prevented the candles from being lit so she was a bit disappointed at that. But other than that she was as happy as can be.
We missed family around but we are sure blessed to have a great ward family here and they are fabulous friends! They spoiled her with fun presents and lots of love!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LYDIA! Can you believe you have a 2 year old, who is no longer a "baby"?! She is so cute - I love how you did her hair the day of her party. I also love all her gifts - so girly!
