I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
I used to bring up a new friend every time we'd go, then different boyfriends along the way would come, then Mom even let me have married friends for the weekend and who knew it could get any more fun than that, but it has! Now I get to share this magical place with Lydia. She loves it too, we pretty much go to the beach, then to the pool, back to the beach....and repeat the same thing every day. It is not a hard place to love!
The lake was beautiful and the weather perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better week.

My girl is not even two and she went off the board a few times! (with help)
See this man? Why? Who is he?? Well here is the story, Lydia was in the hot tub with my Mom and she got out and started walking towards this man who was standing next to the diving board giving his grandkids diving advice. Lydia was walking and saying "Gunka! Gunka!" She thought it was her Grandpa Goodrich. (Tyson's Dad). So funny! My mom stopped her quickly as she would have been sad to realized it was not really him.
This is Tyson's favorite thing about Bear Lake the HUGE BIG GRASS field where you can run, play soccer, baseball, football, golf, Frisbee, fly a kit, bocci ball, volley ball.....endless sport possibilities!
Sunday night we ventured down the beach to enjoy the views. Some cute little girls ended up in the water, fully clothed and loving every minute of it!

Jim does have a hat like him though, a shirt and those pants....but in his defense JIM is a lot younger and would have been ON the board doing dives with the Grandkids while sharing his advice. :)
