I was helping Marie plan her trip to Utah with her family & parents from France...I told her all of my favorite places she had to visit. Such as museums, restaurants, stores, sporting events....etc. I started to get a wee bit homesick thinking of her staying with my parents for a week and my in-laws for the rest of the week, so I asked Tyson if we could join them. He said YES!
We sent Lydia on the airplane (they offered) and we drove the 19 hours to get here. (Longest drive ever.) But totally worth it!
We have had the best {quick} trip ever... Goodbye to family, friends. my mountains, my parents BIG backyard, DI (sniff sniff), baby-sitter's galore to watch Lydia, Country Boy w/cheese, fast freeway speeds, perfect evening temps, camping,

3 Temple's a hop, skip and a jump away, girls nights,
Memorial Day fun, golfing,
ALL of my coolest nieces and nephews, tennis matches, the Mormon tabernacle choir,
barbecues, Real Salt Lake, shopping, and so many good meals!!!
You will be missed!

I took enough to keep me busy blogging until my next visit.
We head home first thing tomorrow morning...and will take 2 days to get there. 103 degree temperatures await us...so I think a trip to the pool will be first on our agenda after we unpack.

Well, you might be sad to leave Utah, but I'm excited to have you back. I've been rather lonely and Samuel hasn't had anyone to play with.

Our BBQ together was so fun and was the perfect evening! I forgot to ask... how did Tyson get work off so quickly? I'm glad it worked out for you to come! Can't wait to see your pictures!
