I have a little girl who LOVES to watch Mommy put on her make up. She'll climb up on my lap, try to help me and even try to put some on herself. Ahhhh! I don't buy expensive make-up, just stuff that gets the job done, but I still don't want her wasting it and making a mess.
Solution?
Empty make-up cases and some nail polish!

It took a day and a night for it to dry up really good and then it was ready to be played with. She first tried it out on herself, then on her bud Samuel and after that Elmo got a make-over too. Lydia absolutely loves it and opening and closing her own containers is just as much fun!

I saw these pictures on facebook, and I can't remember if I commented or not, but I think this is so creative and brilliant of you! I definitley will probably copy you when Brynlee finally figures out how to open the makeup that she's already playing with...
Oh that's so cool and I think I need to do it (and not for Lillian). Samuel loves getting "pretty." Those are cute pictures of him and Lydia.
What a FUN idea! But I am positive Matt would NOT allow it for Ty. I'll have to keep it in the mind for the future. :)
I made some for Mckenna for her upcoming birthday. I think she will really enjoy playing with it.
