Fall Festival & a new dress

Lydia's school apparently does a big Fall Festival fundraiser each year. It was quite the event, each class is in charge of a booth, lots of booths, lots of food and some fun rides too. The children buy a shirt and that is their admission ticket and then they can go around and do everything as many times as they want. Word on the street is the school raises about twenty five thousand dollars with help from the silent auction as well, so it seemed to be a success.

She found some little buddies to run around with. Caroline from our neighborhood and Abby from our Ward.

They went home with bags full of all sorts of loot.

The dreaded cake walk. Ha ha.

She never got picked....but since I donated some homemade goods to this booth I finally convinced her to go and grab a goody.

I don't even recall where we got this dress but I loved it and it was the perfect new dress to wear on the day of the Primary program. Lydia gave a little talk at the very end of the program about how to choose good friends that will influence you to choose the right.

A new dress and such a pretty girl (inside and out) called for a mini photo shoot after church.

I love this kid.
