Spring Break-- Guam Style

Spring break was pretty low key around here this year and that is always ok with me. I love to travel and I also love to be home. We took the kids to Chamorro Village one evening. It felt like we were in Japan. Japanese tourist everywhere!

Lydia tried rock climbing in her flip flops.

We watched some performers.

Drank some pineapple and coconut smoothies. Mmmm!

One afternoon we took the time to visit a museum that is down the street from our home. We are kicking ourselves that we didn't take any of our visitor here. This before is a Japanese submarine built for 2 people.

We learned all about the Guam invasion and I find it fascinating to see pictures of what Guam used to look like.

Bet you didn't know we have our own statue of liberty. You bet we do. Ha ha.

The swells were huge this evening. Lydia and Tyson explored down by the water while Johne and I had a nice little chat.

Our main event---Parasailing happened tomorrow. Stay tuned.
