On our final day in Thailand we went to a floating market.
All of these beautiful boats had unique products to sell.
It was a beautiful place.
We wandered shops on the dock and bought a few more souvenirs for some friends.
Watching people prepare food on the "street" is always entertaining to me.
Or preparing food on a boat.,,,also fascinating.
We had some more sticky rice mango and it was calling our name and oh so delicious.
We attended a monkey show. It was quite hilarious and a little disturbing.
Lydia met the monkey up close. They tied her hands with a rope and he untied her.
This monkey came out and did some karaoke for us and then ended with some fire baton twirling.
Not sure what this sign said but it must be important.
Lydia missed her breakfast crepe of the day since we spent the night in Thailand and not on the cruise ship. Good thing we found a crepe shop for her. ;)
We didn't try any bugs for lunch. But some brave people did. Ew!
It was a lovely little place.
Next stop: The Sanctuary of Truth (still in Thailand)
