The light was pouring into Lydia's room on Christmas morning. No she doesn't typically sleep on an air bed. Our friends parents were on island and they needed a queen sized bed so Lydia graciously gave up her bed. But back to Christmas....it was light out....we always seem to have to wake this girl up to get going on presents. But since today was Sunday we had to get up and atem for Church.
We let the kids open their stockings and Santa gifts. Little man got a T-ball stand and bat and Lydia got a very cool foot spa. How I didn't get a picture of that thing is shocking. She used it all day long and still loves it.
We went to our Sacrament meeting and then came home and put our pajamas back on and opened presents and ate a yummy breakfast.
Lydia got so many books. Lucky girl!
We were spoiled by our parents with so many fun gifts! Thank you. Thank you!
After gifts we turned on Its a Wonderful Life and I started to prep for Christmas dinner.
The missionaries joined us. We absolutely love hosting them for Christmas. It was fun getting to know them, hearing about Christmas in their own countries and of course we played some games. We laughed until we cried playing Telestrations. That game is even more funny with people who English is their second language.
Merry Christmas!
