I spent an entire week in NSL at my in-laws. This place feels like home, especially since we lived there while they were on their mission. It was so nice to catch up with the ward, see my old young women, how aren't so young anymore and Lydia picked right back up playing with her neighbor friends. It was if no time had passed.
Jim and Beth let me borrow their car so I could go and visit friends and family during the days.
My friend Yey and her family moved to Bountiful and she had us over for lunch one day.
Courtney spent the week with us as well.
We drove out to visit Kaneesha and to see her new place.
I spent some time in the temple.
We visited Hooper and Lydia got in some good cousin time.
On our way home we stopped for some dinner at Texas Roadhouse.
Alexis and I went for some frozen yogurt. I love this girl!
My friend Stephanie had her baby weeks early and I visited them in the NICU. Her name is Riley Ann and she is itty bitty and just perfect!
Riley and Kaneesha fed us dinner.
The Goodrich's stopped by the night and we got a good visit with them.
Grandma helped me sew new mermaid tails for Lydia and Courtney. It took us a good part of the day and they turned out just perfect!
The girls kept them on for most of the day and later in the afternoon Grandpa took them to the Rec Center for a swim.
I met Megan at Chick-Filet some dinner and we had the best talk.
I did waaaayyyy too much shopping!
One late afternoon Grandpa took us three girls on a hike up the mountains in NSL.
We kept going higher and higher and it was a beautiful view of the valley the entire way up.
Here we are at the top. The girls were great little hikers.
We sure adore our Grandpa. He was a great guide and we made it just in time for a delicious home cooked meal prepared by Grandma. They sure spoiled us!
