Mock Trial

Johne's class participated in Law Week on Guam. They memorized a court case and performed it for all of us parents one evening. It was the case of Alice in Wonderland. Johne defended Alice who was accused of eating the cookies.

He was so pumped for this event. He had every line of his memorized and he didn't miss a beat.

He is not green....but he did have a nice green florescent light shining down on him. He was so into this.....enjoy the next few images. They crack me up.

I'm glad that Johne only had to wear a shirt and tie. This Mom went all out and the Queen of Hearts looked fabulous.

His teacher is the best. I adore her. I hope Lydia gets a teacher like her someday.

Hayden Dana is a good friend to J.

Class photo. (1/2 of his class) The other half performed another night.

Later in the month we attended another school event. A Cinco de Mayo party for k-2nd grade. Lydia learns Spanish at school and they sang us a few songs, danced and had a fun time.

They know that Dad will cave and read more than one story at bedtime. He's typically the favorite....but I sing the songs. We make a good team. I love being a Mom.
