Fruit World

Tyson pulled out the big guns and started finding all these new places we had yet to see on Guam. Some of these places we had driven by and never even noticed before now. It was fun to play tourist again and explore this island with new eyes.

This was the map of the fifty acres of tropical fruit and forest adventure. We didn't think it would be all that great but it ended up being one of our favorite things we did.

The views before our tour were beautiful.

The mini bananas we just as delicious as ever.

I loved all the vines and greenery growing up and down all the buildings.

The variety of flowers were endless.

We slowly drove through the acres of land. We got out of a few times to admire the fruit and jungle.

Pineapples take over a year and a half to grow.

Banana trees.

This plant was fuzzy and so quirky. We took one home to show the kids.

The jungle vines were pretty sturdy, Tyson tested them out.

When we made our way back we got to taste a plate of fruit. Some of it was really sour and others of it were sweet. It was a crazy taste testing experience. They served us a delicious drink too.

The strangest one was called egg fruit. It had a chalk like texture and indeed tasted like egg.

The egg fruit is the one next to the banana. I liked them all except for the tiny green. It was sour beyond belief.

The tree on our way out was awesome.

We raced home again to make it back in time to greet Lydia and Johne home from school. They missed out....we will have to take them back another day for sure.
