For the past year Tyson has been serving as the secretary in the Wardroom. The Wardroom is a club for Officers in the Navy. He worked tirelessly planning events, getting awards made, collecting funds....and keeping everything organized and running. He hit his year mark and was released in this nominated position. He was definitely relieved it was over and happy to pass the torch on to the next presidency.
For the last function his President planned we attended dinner at the Reef Hotel. They had a delicious buffet, door prizes and dancing.
The views were beautiful from the 18th floor.
Since Tyson had to arrive early and help I took off and explored the hotel for a bit. This pool is fabulous. I wanted to jump in for a swim. It overlooks the ocean and the sun was just about to go down for the day. I want to go back and enjoy this someday.
After my friend Lisa requested to see Tyson's dance moves he finally hit the floor with his co-workers. It really was a fun night. I met some new people and ate next to the Jackson's, our neighbors.
We hired one of the best baby sitters to look after these munchkins while we were out on the town. They could not stop talking about Ella for days. (picture taken on a different day)
