What babies can see...

Photobucket
THEY say....that High Contrast Colors are STILL the best for babies. Newborns can see from birth, just not as clearly as an older child or adult. Until your child is about six months of age, he will respond best to bold, contrasting colors and graphics. That’s why it’s important to provide your baby with toys that feature the visual extremes of black, white and red. These high-contrast colors will captivate and hold baby’s attention, encouraging visual development as well as physical activity – like wiggling, kicking, and arm waving.

I used: felt, fabric scissors & hot glue.
Oh yes and some Cosby Show re-runs ( just to keep me company.)

I am going to a friends baby shower on Saturday and thought
this would be a fun homemade gift to give.

Destry is 7 months old...I tend her Mon thru Friday for 8 hours a day.
Doesn't she make a cute little model for my photo's? I love her fishy bum..and her smile!

I think I might try punching holes through them and putting them
on rings for church, like a flip book.

  3. How long have you been babysitting the little girl? I babysat another child too when I just had my oldest. It was fun for my daughter to have a playmate and the extra money came in real handy. Have fun!
