Here is a little bit of this n that. Or a phone dump from a few weeks worth of life. Lydia chose the quote for our chalkboard. I love it. I hope I can always ingrain this into my life and not get caught up in worldly things.
We had a random day off of school and we ended up at the beach during the middle of the week.
Lewis loves cuddling his master. That is what we call Tyson. Lewis loves Tyson he chooses him over all of us.
J requested a picture with Lewis too.
I bought these floaties for my bff's and we went to the beach for Susanne's birthday. I used my skills that I learned from my Dad and made an anchor (filled a bag full of rocks and tied us all together with Lydia's jump rope and some bungee cords) it worked! And we enjoyed floating and visiting out on the ocean.
Lydia got reprimanded for climbing this tree at the church. But I was a tad impressed so I had to snap a photo really quick before any of the other kids saw her and followed her naughty example. ;)
I made (one of) my new years resolution to watch more sunsets this year.
I also made a goal to read 50 books. I am going strong. It has been a year full of learning and reading and I'm loving it.
Sister Burton and Brown joined us for dinner.
I love these ladies so much. (Relief Society Birthday party.)
April, Kellie, Alison, Samantha, Toni, April, Ella, Me, Tessa, Jenny & Tara.
I made 30 little loaves of bread for the primary kids. They turned out so itty bitty and cute. Tasty too!
Lewis has a tough life.
We went out to lunch with the Martinsen family. Kid tables are the best.
I love Life. I really do. Life and Life.
Day one of Easter week.
My favorite weekend.
Recipe fail.
This girl aced her report card.
Grandma got baptized. Such a special service.
While the girls were at their Daddy Daughter dance we took the boys to the food court for dinner. They were thrilled. Ha.
We finally played our new game that we got for Christmas. Love it!
A beautiful rainbow to view as we waited for the bus.
That's the spot.
Tyson ran his third and final year in the Guam Perimeter Relay race. Most of these men are chiefs and our friend Cody (far right) was also on the team.
Grandma Goodrich bought us this game for Christmas. We all really enjoy playing it but Johne cheers the loudest when we bring it out after we eat dinner. It's a good one.
My friend Stephanie said she bought a WHOLE flat of strawberries for less than the price I can buy a little carton here on Guam. Sad. But that's life here. They don't even taste that great so I never buy them.
We needed a new toaster. Our bit the dust after many, many years and we stopped for some pizza while we were out in town. #deepdish
Another good beach day.
Good night from our little corner of the world.
