Visitors on Guam

Tyson's sister and two of our nieces made the long journey across the ocean to visit us in Guam. I was giddy as I prepared our home, planned menus and made a list of everything I wanted them to see and do while they were here.

Tyson picked them up at the airport at midnight. My sweet friend Tara made them fresh leis our of my favorite plumeria flowers. We all visited, I fed them come crepes and then they went to bed.

When they woke up the kids were already at school, Tyson was at work so we hopped in the car and went for a drive to see some of the island.

It is surreal to see people we know on Guam. I love it.

We explored the ocean down below the giant Latte stone at the Governors mansion.

Aren't they babes?!

One day we pulled Lydia out of school and we all went to Hamamoto Tropical Fruit world.

I want to try some of this. Who knew this even exists!?

Aunt Noell was protecting Lydia from some scary banana spiders.

Bamboo trees.

We took turns husking some coconut.

Then we tried ALL the fresh tropical fruit that was in season.

I introduced the girls to a local friend of ours named Allan. We picked him up to hang out with us and this night we went to Two Lovers Point and then to Tumon for some pizza.

Brother and Sister.

It was the beginning of a super fun week.
