My camera doesn't even do this baby justice....all that white is ooey gooey goodness!
I made this for the missionaries. I told them when they go home they can impress the ladies with my new found recipe. Elder William's (left) said if 'riding bulls doesn't do it for the girls, then he'll try my cake." (haha.)
I don't know if I can find the words.
It turned out super MOIST! (ha ha...Lily on HIMYM).
Yes moist, gooey, warm, fluffy and delicious!

Lydia LOVES the missionaries. She looks for them every week at church, she notices where they sit, when they speak, go up to pray...etc. They are sweet to her and they call her Lyd. She was shy for the first hour and after that turned into a little flirt craving their attention as usual.

Mmmmm... sounds good! I wish we were closer so you could make it for us. :) Maybe I'll have to give it a try.... Do you remove the bowl after you "flip"? :)
Yummm - I might have to try that one out sometime. I'm glad it turned out good.
Yes, sorry I didn't explain very well. Take it out of the microwave. Put a jelly roll pan on top, flip it over, take the bowl off. Cut and serve.
